A very convenient McDonald's due to its location, but unfortunately the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. I understand that the large flow of customers can make this difficult, but despite this, the team remains fast and efficient, so kudos to them for their responsiveness. The main point to improve remains the hygiene of the restaurant.

Broken machines, trash cans filled to the top, toilets unavailable, tables not cleaned. A pigeon inside trying to relieve itself on customers and/or menus. The experience was special... That said, the menus were well served and I salute the team in place who try to do their best to manage everything and with a smile, the team members, the people in the kitchen, at the cash register, hat (I haven't identified a manager)! We went through a rush and I think the team really did everything possible to serve customers as quickly as possible.

Je suis admiratrice du travail de l’équipe de nuit du macdonald barrière du medoc, elles sont accueillantes et nous répondent toujours avec le sourire. Les commandes sont faites très vite sans aucun retard C’est admirable tout le travail qu’elles font je reviendrai chaque jeudi soir les voir et les encourager pour les conditions de travail qui sont encore en 2024 très dures Allez y avec le sourire vous ne serez pas déçu ! P.S: Ornella est un amour et une joie de vivre à elle seule, on t’aime tous ! sans oublier Marie, Nanette, Ruth et Jael qui sont eux aussi des rayons de soleil ☀️

05/09/2024: Located in a quiet passage with several restaurants. If you want peace and quiet, come early in the morning.
30/08/2024: We’re foreigners, so we really enjoyed the different menu items ^_^ However… we really missed the ice in the somewhat warm drinks (there was barely any ice, and no, we’re not Americans ;) ). Also, they forgot to give us a fork for the salad and the dressing must be bought and paid for separately! Hated that :(

23/08/2024: Security agent in gold my permit to order while the fast food closed at 12:30 a.m.
12/08/2024: I stopped by a few days ago for a small menu but I left with an extra smile after the generous and friendly service of one of the waitresses who took care to explain to me a whole bunch of things that I had not did not understand about my order. Very good honesty for once, and thank you Sarah ;)
