Hello, we placed an order today and waited 20 minutes for payment, even though several employees were chatting calmly in front of us. Anyway... A drink was missing from our order, but on the other hand, we did receive a lovely lock of hair in the children's menu.

I wanted to sincerely thank the manager of the McDonald's in Tournus for the quality of our conversation. I particularly appreciated his professionalism, availability, and excellent customer service. A warm welcome, genuine attentiveness, and a very professional way of representing his establishment. It was a real pleasure to meet and talk with you. Thank you again for your hospitality and the time you gave me.
