During my recent visit to the McDonald’s in Gaillac, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome and service. The entire team was friendly, smiling, and professional, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere for customers. However, I would particularly like to highlight the manager, Yanis, who truly stood out during my visit. He noticed me as soon as I arrived and was exceptionally attentive and kind. His interpersonal skills are remarkable: he takes the time to chat, offer advice, and ensure that every customer has a good experience. I also participated in a coffee tasting on-site, and Yanis guided me throughout the experience with clear and relevant explanations. The fact that he offered me the coffee was a very appreciated gesture and demonstrates how he goes beyond simply providing service to create a genuine connection with the customer. This extra attention gives a very positive impression of the establishment. Thanks to his professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness, my visit went perfectly. The team is pleasant, but Yanis truly makes a difference with his attitude and the way he handles customer interactions. I highly recommend this McDonald's and I especially want to thank Yanis for the quality of his work and his impeccable service. P.S. (I'll be back for coffee, thanks!)

Hello, it's always a pleasure to order from this restaurant! I've been going once a month for a while now and I've never had any problems. The staff are always smiling and the atmosphere is always great. It's a pretty tough job, what with the busy periods and people complaining about the smallest things, when most of the time it's either because it's busy, so mistakes are understandable, or it's just the rules, etc. Customers just need to explain the problem calmly, etc. Respect to the team!
