A 20-minute wait for a takeout order with only 3 people ahead of me!! And what a surprise: cold burger, cold fries, and no straw for the milkshake. No chance of me going back.

Superb location in Chartres, and especially well-proportioned seating in the restaurant. Always something to eat. And I'm testing the app, which looks very handy.

27/07/2026: Friendly and attentive service. The food is very good and plentiful. You can sit outside (less comfortable, in my opinion) or in the rustic interior. I found the prices quite reasonable. I had a starter, main course, dessert, a quarter liter of red wine, and coffee for €47.

09/07/2026: Wandering through the winding streets of Chartres' old town, we stumbled upon this unassuming little establishment. However, don't let that first impression fool you. The welcome is warm, as is the service, and a special mention goes to the daily special and dessert. The duck breast was perfectly crispy. Even the bill wasn't steep (15 euros for the andouillette sausage compared to 17-18 euros elsewhere).
04/07/2026: A very pleasant place, with an incredibly caring and friendly waiter who was interested in the customers. We ate and smiled. He gave me a fruit dessert for free, which was very, very sweet. He was charmingly attentive and chatted with another customer's children. Overall, a wonderful, warm place with delicious and affordable food. I highly recommend it!
