A code to use the restroom, which I think is to maintain cleanliness. In the end, I've never seen such a filthy toilet: toilet paper on the floor, a wobbly faucet, and no soap.
The servers are friendly enough, but they're incredibly slow. They forgot the sauces and took forever to give them to me when I asked at the counter.

The kiosk wouldn't accept our points for side dishes, and almost half the kiosks were out of order. As for the food, it's just McDonald's, nothing special. We waited 20 minutes just to report the problem. In the end, the points-based order didn't even show up on the receipt. We had to reorder at the register and wait another 20 minutes to get it. In short, our meal was delayed because of order issues.

Family stop, over 30-minute wait. I went to the register to check the order was placed (but given to another table by mistake). Another 10 minutes passed, the order arrived with the wrong burger and the coffee was missing, so I had to order another round. Back to the register. A young woman was very quick to respond and made the coffee immediately. Not even a gesture of appreciation for the long wait.

I would like to thank the entire team for their warm welcome, and especially Liam Podevin. He is an excellent server: very friendly, polite, professional, and attentive. He is efficient, takes the time to properly care for customers, and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to him, our visit to McDonald's was truly enjoyable. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness; he is an employee who deserves to be commended!
