I ordered a McDeal with a French fry sauce that never arrived, which was very inconvenient as I had to get up and go get it. I do not recommend this restaurant as the service is extremely disappointing. I should also mention that two extra ice creams were left unordered, and we had to get up several times to ask for what we had ordered and paid for.

This McDonald's offers a great evening out, with half-finished orders, very short or interminable wait times, and above all, a highly unpredictable atmosphere.
The staff is very welcoming and smiling in all situations, very polite and professional even when insults are exchanged over a chicken wrap.
If you're looking for a meal sprinkled with unusual events, don't hesitate. I think this McDonald's in Saint-Jean-de-Luz is one of the best. Go in the evening; it'll be much more interesting.

An extraordinary experience at this McDonald's. It offers a level of service that far surpasses the competition. We went twice, and each visit was full of surprises, allowing us to become attached to this McDonald's, which we can confidently say is the best in France. In short, it's LEGENDARY!
