I went to McDonald's with my girlfriend. She had ordered, but it never arrived until the employee Neo went out of his way to get her order. Instead of bringing my ice cream, he went straight to get me another one. He's very respectful; he even came to let us know before McDonald's closed. He truly deserves to be treated well, if he isn't already. He's so kind, and it's thanks to him that I'm giving this rating.

Hello, please stop forgetting to include the sauces. Whether eating in or taking away, you always have to ask for them. Today, I ordered delivery and there were no sauces, which is quite frustrating. I rarely eat McDonald's, and yet it's always the same thing. Thank you

12/06/2026: It was absolutely fantastic! The food was served piping hot and perfectly prepared. The service was quick, efficient, and always with a smile. Honestly, all fast-food restaurants should take a page out of this book. I highly recommend it!
11/06/2026: A great team doing their best! Customers are often difficult, but for a McDonald's, it's a good McDonald's! The food is piping hot and arrives fairly quickly, and the staff are very responsive (except during peak hours, which is NORMAL).
