Nice decor, but there's a downside: it seems the taste quality has declined at McDonald's. The nuggets are less flavorful and the Big Mac is practically tasteless... What a shame!

I mainly use the drive-thru; mistakes are very rare. The team seems great, and the crew members are super friendly. Of all the ones I've been to, this is my favorite McDonald's 🫰

A very pleasant surprise at this McDonald's.
The service was very satisfactory during our lunch on August 5th.
I wanted to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the manager, both towards customers and her colleagues (support and training). That's becoming increasingly rare these days.

An excellent experience at the McDonald’s in Redon! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the entire team was friendly.
A huge thank you, especially to the manager, Bénédicte, who was exceptionally kind to us. Her smile, kindness, and professionalism truly made all the difference. She took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly and welcomed us with rare warmth.
It's thanks to people like her that we want to come back. Well done to the whole team, and a big thank you to Bénédicte for her impeccable service!

Absolutely fantastic. Ultra-fast service, super friendly staff, always impeccably polite. The place is clean, the orders are well-prepared, and the team is truly professional. A McDonald's that makes you happy, nothing to complain about. Special mention to Laetitia, always smiling and professional.
