Bianca and her husband run this charming and traditional French restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the foie gras. Bianca made my partner and I feel special for our last day in France and even decorated the table with flowers for our engagement celebration. A beautiful restaurant in old Nice!

I was there for the first time today, and now self-service is a must in Cannes. The service was simply perfect, and the food was amazing!

Me and my friends were searching for a restaurant in Cannes that have frog legs, foie gras and snails so we can try and taste all France delicates at once. There were two places near each other and the other one was already full and we stopped at Le Chaperon Rouge. This is the first time in my life when I liked everything. 10/10 with a big +. It was strange that it wasn't so full and second floor was totally empty with lights off. Snails were tasty and enjoyable. Foie de grass with apple pie were amazing. VERY GOOD combination. Frogs were top score. We also ordered baby duck with something... Best duck in my life. Also the service was amazing, adding always wine and water in glasses when they were empty. . The woman that was working there for 25 years told us some stories about local's history and teached us some phrases in France in the end. She is the best one and we really liked her. Unfortunately we did not any cash with us to leave as tips, but hope that this review will bring much more wealth to this restaurant and a good pay rise to its employees. A restaurant that perfectly captures the charm of Le Suquet and Cannes! The dishes are generous and high-quality, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their ingredients. The terrace is lovely. Go without hesitation!
