Excellent meal, lovely waiter, great atmosphere. The only downside was the owner, who arrived after everyone else and started yelling at his employees. You don't need to hear what he said; just look at the staff's behavior before and after he arrived. Plus, he was standing at the bar waiting for things to happen. There's a serious management problem. Let the young people do their jobs and offer advice with a smile and friendliness instead of giving petty, insensitive orders. Thank you to the ladies for your smiles and good humor, and to the gentlemen, of course :)

Albion

27/08/2026: Albion is undoubtedly the most English-speaking pub in Bourgoin. If you want to have a few beers with friends, watch a rugby or football match, or enjoy a Guinness or an Irish Kilkenny ☘️ (for tourists), it's the perfect place. However, it's much less ideal for a family meal. You order via a QR code, pay upfront, and are even asked for a tip before being served. It's more like a McDonald's with table service than a true pub-restaurant. The flank steak, ordered rare, arrived cold. The burgers were decent, but still very much in the fast-food vein. It's up to you to decide if the concept appeals to you or not.
25/08/2026: There are very often some really nice musical groups that liven up the evening.
