I'd been hearing about it for ages, and we finally tried it on Saturday. The decor was great, and the staff were really excellent—pleasant, smiling, and attentive to the customer. We chose the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert). Taste-wise, it wasn't a "wow" moment... no big deal, we ate, but I'm not sure I'd try it again. However, the staff deserves a 5-star rating.

I had lunch at Memphis today and the service was excellent. The food arrived quickly and was very generous. Thanks to Lilou in the kitchen and to Léonie and Noam in the dining room, who were very friendly and efficient, just like the other young staff at the restaurant! I'll definitely be back.

27/08/2026: Albion is undoubtedly the most English-speaking pub in Bourgoin. If you want to have a few beers with friends, watch a rugby or football match, or enjoy a Guinness or an Irish Kilkenny ☘️ (for tourists), it's the perfect place. However, it's much less ideal for a family meal. You order via a QR code, pay upfront, and are even asked for a tip before being served. It's more like a McDonald's with table service than a true pub-restaurant. The flank steak, ordered rare, arrived cold. The burgers were decent, but still very much in the fast-food vein. It's up to you to decide if the concept appeals to you or not.
25/08/2026: There are very often some really nice musical groups that liven up the evening.
