Incredible! Ethan, aka the man of the hour, the Lightning McQueen of the service, is as quick as he is charismatic. A round of applause for Ethan! I'm done with the jokes, but seriously, he's very competent, both with us and with the other tables, always joking around, and very personable. Thank you so much, Ethan!
