I recently ate at Memphis and my experience deserves 4 stars overall. It's a restaurant that offers a truly immersive American diner experience, and overall, the concept is very well executed. Food (4/5) The dishes are generous and satisfying. The burgers are well-topped, the meat is cooked properly, and the fries are a good size. The hot dogs and other typical American dishes stay true to the restaurant's style. The desserts, especially the milkshakes, are a real highlight: thick, flavorful, and substantial. It's not haute cuisine, but for this type of establishment, the quality is definitely there. Service (4/5) The staff is welcoming and efficient. Orders are taken quickly, and the food arrives within a reasonable timeframe. The team remains friendly and attentive. During peak hours, there might be a bit of a wait, but it's still acceptable. Atmosphere (4/5) The decor stays true to the retro American style: colorful banquettes, background music, and decorative elements typical of the 50s and 60s. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, ideal for a meal with friends or family. It can get a little noisy when the restaurant is full, but that's part of the charm. In short, Memphis is a good place for a hearty meal in a unique and welcoming setting. A consistently enjoyable experience that more than deserves its 4 stars.

My favorite restaurant for years, don't change a thing 😉 (Except for the toilet tap which is inconvenient and the water is very cold, but that's a minor detail 😁)

Quite nice, with decent food that's classic American fare. The atmosphere remains the same over the years; the screens do attract the children's attention.
