From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by a warm atmosphere and incredible energy that immediately set the tone for the evening. The quality of the food is simply remarkable, with the chef's true creativity evident in every dish. A special mention goes to the salted caramel dessert taco: a true masterpiece that provided a perfect ending to the meal! A big thank you also to the owner, a man of rare elegance, who takes the time to circulate among the tables with finesse and tact to ensure everyone is having a wonderful time. His advice is invaluable and always spot-on. And how could I not thank Raphaële, who took on the challenge of getting the whole room to sing for my birthday—a truly touching moment that will forever be etched in my memory as I turn 40!
