We had dinner and ordered the 6-course tasting menu. The service was very pleasant throughout the meal. The dining room is beautifully decorated, as is the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. A very enjoyable experience.

Overall very good and friendly service. But no culinary masterpiece. Chaotic exit: a man was urinating in the garden in full view of everyone and it was impossible to leave on foot; we had to wait for a car to open the gate for us.

Amazing hidden gem. Beautiful place for a weekend. Very close and an easy cycle route to Chantilly. The rooms, service and food were just perfect. Very friendly family run business with excellent fine dining if you like or lots of eating out options too. Definitely would recommend a weekend escape at Le Verbois 🥂🙌

The fig-based dessert also deserves special mention. A superb play on textures, balancing richness, sweetness, and freshness, with the fig flavors subtly highlighted. A delicate and perfectly balanced end to the meal. Bravo to the young chef, whose mastery, creativity, and desire to offer cuisine that reflects his own style are already evident. We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary in a very intimate setting. The welcome was extremely warm, and the staff were incredibly kind, responsive, polite, and above all, competent. Everything is organized so that the time spent at Vert Bois is not only delicious (as always) but truly unforgettable. The attention given to each guest made it a truly special experience. Friendly staff, incredible food, great location. A little haven of peace

We had a pleasant evening and enjoyed the chef's dishes. However, the sommelier service was disappointing: no wine pairings, no advice on choosing a bottle to complement the menu (it was a blind tasting), and a very limited selection of wines by the glass (which the sommelier served without even offering a taste). Overall, the experience was disappointing for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

We stayed one night at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. We particularly appreciated the family atmosphere, the suites are very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the chef's menu. Special mention for the dog-friendly aspect :)
