We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary in a very intimate setting.
The welcome was extremely warm, and the staff were incredibly kind, responsive, polite, and above all, competent. Everything is organized so that the time spent at Vert Bois is not only delicious (as always) but truly unforgettable. The attention given to each guest made it a truly special experience. Thank you!

We had a pleasant evening and enjoyed the chef's dishes. However, the sommelier service was disappointing: no wine pairings, no advice on choosing a bottle to complement the menu (it was a blind tasting), and a very limited selection of wines by the glass (which the sommelier served without even offering a taste). Overall, the experience was disappointing for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

We stayed one night at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. We particularly appreciated the family atmosphere, the suites are very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the chef's menu. Special mention for the dog-friendly aspect :)

A very beautiful place, but… The room is overpriced for what it offers: no sitting area in the room, for example, and poor soundproofing due to the road noise. As for breakfast, it's outrageous at €25: good, but very meager. I think they should bring the hotel's services up to the restaurant's standards or lower the prices a bit.

I cannot recommend Domaine le Verbois highly enough. The cottages have every comfort and the bed has to be the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. Gardena are beautiful and WiFi was good so I could work outside. The staff bent over backwards to help in every way.
