Le Verbois sur Saint-Maximin

We stayed one night at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. We particularly appreciated the family atmosphere, the suites are very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the chef's menu. Special mention for the dog-friendly aspect :)

A very beautiful place, but… The room is overpriced for what it offers: no sitting area in the room, for example, and poor soundproofing due to the road noise. As for breakfast, it's outrageous at €25: good, but very meager. I think they should bring the hotel's services up to the restaurant's standards or lower the prices a bit.

An enchanting place, impeccable service and decor, refined, colorful, and delicious cuisine – we left thoroughly charmed by the evening we spent celebrating a family event at this establishment. We will certainly return.

I cannot recommend Domaine le Verbois highly enough. The cottages have every comfort and the bed has to be the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. Gardena are beautiful and WiFi was good so I could work outside. The staff bent over backwards to help in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at Domaine Le Verbois, both in our suite and at the restaurant. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly, attentive, and professional staff. We would like to emphasize that they accepted our 5-month-old baby at the last minute, which touched us deeply and made our stay even more relaxing. The Capucine suite was simply magnificent: tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, modern, and elegant. Everything was perfectly designed to offer a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. Breakfast was absolutely superb, very varied and of high quality—a real treat to start the day. At the restaurant, we chose the Prestige menu at €185 per person (multi-course), and it was an exceptional experience. Each dish was refined and perfectly executed: Kobe beef, caviar, blue lobster… everything was absolutely divine. We highly recommend Domaine Le Verbois for a relaxing and refined stay, whether as a couple or a family.

An interesting culinary experience (out of 5 dishes, we didn't like a single one). Tap water isn't available in a restaurant. The service was very good, and the two young men were lovely and very discreet. The place is nice and easily accessible.

An absolutely perfect experience at Le Verbois restaurant and in the Oxalys suite. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The meal was exquisitely refined: caviar, lobster, Kobe beef… each dish was a sophisticated discovery that delighted our palates. The owner is particularly pleasant and welcoming. The servers are incredibly attentive and take the time to describe each dish precisely, making the experience even more immersive. There wasn't a single flaw; everything was seamless, meticulous, and truly enjoyable. The Oxalys suite is magnificent, comfortable, and full of charm. Breakfast overlooking the meadow is simply delicious and unforgettable. An experience we wholeheartedly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In a lovely house with contemporary decor and a large, bright, and inviting veranda. Discovery menu featuring seasonal produce, beautifully presented starters, main course, and dessert, all pleasing to the palate.
