First meal at Verbois on the advice of a friend. We tried it for our wedding anniversary. Well …. This was very good advice. We spent a very pleasant evening; delicious food, everything was top notch. The pleasant and friendly service. We will come back, that's for sure.

A Michelin restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere. I had a seven course meal and it was good and not too much! I recommend going there once when you visit Chantilly. I think the atmosphere will be nice even if you come during the day on a nice day.

Beautiful evening in a very pleasant setting. Everything is very neat and well orchestrated. There is no waiting, the appetizers and the different “times” of the meal follow each other naturally for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds. The choice is based on the menu formula and not on the menu, which allows us to discover flavors and dishes that we would not necessarily have chosen spontaneously...and everything was delicious!! The team is welcoming, attentive and very friendly. We had a great time.

What can I say...the cuisine of chef Guillaume Guibet is exceptional, inventive and sophisticated but also comforting. The products are fresh, of seasonal quality. The menu changes very regularly for blind menus for gourmets and gourmands in search of adventure Everything about this house makes you want to come back: the cozy atmosphere, the careful decoration, the warm, professional and no-fuss service, this house protected by a garden cuts you off from civilization and transports you out of time for a moment of gastronomy. In winter the glass roof opens onto the green garden, in summer the terrace and its large bay windows give a holiday feel Added to this is a diversified wine list with many gems that the chef selects himself.
