Menkichi Ramen sur Paris

Places are quite limited as with most ramen shops. I tend to like fatty and salty broths, it's not quite to my taste yet but I really liked their miso broth! Salty but not to the point of being nauseated at the end. Along with the broth come several very thin slices of chashiu, which makes them melt in the mouth. The portion is correct, just a shame that the price is so high (15€) without the other accompaniments (egg, seaweed, soy, etc.), for that you will have to add 2€ more. Afterwards, if we consider the current prices of ramen in Paris, it’s just ok for the quality we have.

Loved the texture of the noodles. Cooked on the hard and chewy side. However, the miso soup I ordered was real salty. I couldn’t even finish it because of how salty it was. On the side, I ordered another rice onigiri and it was delicious, albeit heavy on the salt as well… Would visit again to try the other soup bases because the noodle itself is very good.

If you're looking for Rich fatty broth than this is the place for ramen. Their menu is simple/limited but it is for the better. They can focus on one great dish and that's what you're coming for.

I've eaten ramen in many countries, but the salt ramen here was even better than the one I had in Japan! !

Generous quantity and very tasty. The only downside was that we were placed close to the door and when the waiters were coming and going we were subject to the cold every time the door opened which let in an unpleasant draft. Refuse the table near the door!

Good morning, I really liked the decoration and cooking of the noodles. On the other hand, the broth was very salty which made the ramen difficult to finish. Sincerely.
