We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, and the pool, sauna, and spa area were very pleasant. We received a particularly warm welcome from the entire team, whom we thank for their care and service (especially in resolving our heating issue). A special thank you to Nordine and Alexis for their friendly welcome at the bar and restaurant (the cocktails are delicious, and the food is excellent too).

A wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel in Saint-Nectaire!
The staff were absolutely lovely, and we were particularly impressed by the food, which was simply incredible.
Special mention to the waiter, who was incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive—it really made all the difference! 👍
The only minor drawbacks were the pool being a bit chilly for our liking and the lack of sun loungers in the spa area.
Apart from that, everything was perfect! We had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

We had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Saint-Nectaire hotel. The staff were fantastic, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring our guests' satisfaction.
The masseuses were very professional (excellent massages). As for the restaurant, the portions were generous, there was a good selection on the menu, and we were always served with a smile.
They were available and attentive.
Congratulations to the two waiters and the chef (hats off to them!).
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The only downside was the pool wasn't very warm!
We will gladly return!

A stop off on our 1 month adventure.
We drove from Pyrenees to here Hotel is fine not usual Mercure Standard, and they cannot help the empty building opposite.
Staff very welcoming and friendly food lovely drinks great 🍻🍷🍻🍷..
Spa facilities limited.Not sure about swimming pool temperature 🥶
Dog friendly a bonus for us.
Local tourist board very helpful.

Despite the low occupancy in January, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, featuring local and homemade products. The building itself is magnificent, and its history is evident in its beautiful common areas. Our room faced the road, but it wasn't a problem; it was very quiet. The pool area is well laid out. We will definitely return.

We stayed one night as a couple and received an extremely warm welcome. The food was delicious and the staff very pleasant, especially Alexis who served us at the bar and restaurant.
