Excellent staff. Attentive and available, they arranged a last-minute change for us, giving us a balcony and a travel cot that we had forgotten to request beforehand.

We had a wonderful family stay (3 nights with children aged 2 and 5). The staff were incredibly attentive. A special mention goes to Nordine in the service department.

The staff were very pleasant, the service excellent, and there was access to the sauna and the larger swimming pool.
The bedding was very comfortable.
The terrace was also charming.
We recommend this hotel.

To begin with, the ventilation system in the room wasn't working. Then, the pool was cold and really small considering the number of people in our party. As for breakfast, there were only two staff members to manage everything. A woman asked for eggs because they were out and waited 20 minutes, not to mention the coffee machine—one was out of order and the other had problems every two minutes.
Personally, I won't be returning to this hotel, which, in my opinion, doesn't deserve its 3 stars.

A relaxing midweek break with my husband; we spent the night at the hotel, had dinner, and breakfast.
We took advantage of our stay to go for several walks in the surrounding area.
We also went to the sauna twice. Late in the morning, we had the pool and sauna area to ourselves. The pool is relatively small, but it's perfect for children.

Located in one of the village's historic hotels, this Mercure is quite impressive. The restaurant, in particular, is striking and very pleasant. We found the restaurant excellent (very good value for money, with regional dishes), as was the breakfast (a real plus for the crepes that can be heated directly on a crepe maker!). I'm deducting one point for the slightly dated decor of our room. It's worth noting that the hotel is a 3-star, which should put our opinion of the services into perspective. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and would be happy to return to explore more of this beautiful corner of the Puy-de-Dôme.
