Mercure Hotel sur Saint-Nectaire

Very good value for money. Very attentive staff. Pleasant setting with 2 swimming pools and spa service. The restaurant offers regional dishes including the famous truffade. We will come back with pleasure!

Wonderful stay, very friendly staff

We had an excellent stay at the Mercury Saint Nectaire hotel. The rooms we had were renovated this year, so they are in perfect condition, very clean, and the bedding is impeccable. The restaurant is great, special mention for the charcuterie and cheese boards which really helped us out when we came home late one evening or when the surrounding restaurants were full… The outdoor and indoor swimming pools are in very good condition and perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The breakfast is great: very complete, with products from local producers (breads, pastries and jams in particular): we have a good time there thanks to the availability and kindness of the ladies who take care of the breakfast (thank you Carine and Brigitte, as well as the 3rd whose name I don't have 😉). There is the possibility of ordering picnics the day before for the next day: they are plentiful and very good. Finally, even if the hotel deserves a refresh (I understand that it is in the pipeline for spring 2025), the general atmosphere of the hotel is excellent, thanks in particular to the availability of the manager (thanks again for the boards, while the kitchen was closed 😉), as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. In short, we recommend this hotel with our eyes closed and we will certainly come back 🙂

Hotel a little aging, spa/pool team invisible.. very friendly bar staff, quality breakfast, good quality bedding. On the 4th floor the rooms are small but redone

The bathroom could do with a bit of freshening up, especially the shower.

Nice Mercure hotel with good facilities and a nice location in Saint Nectaire. 👍🏻😎Indoor and outdoor pools available. Beautiful garden. Our family room was unfortunately quite small and had a patinated bathroom. Free parking and restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Overall recommended.

Very beautiful building but unfortunately aging. So it was average overall. Only the service was rather good and the team very pleasant.

Well located hotel in the pleasant village of St Nectaire. Pleasant welcome but not enough presence during the day. The plus, the indoor swimming pool. The least, non-air-conditioned room on the ground floor. Spa a little expensive and too bad the hammam is reserved for VIPs...

un hotel de charme. chambre 218 avec un grand lit King Size et une douche. Chambre confortable avec petit balcon. Accueil tout à fait charmant par un personnel aux petits soins. Le jeune homme s'est mis en quatre pour faire fonctionner la TV qui avait des problèmes de réception Le personnel du restaurant est à l'ecoute. Un bon repas. Un endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir
