We spent three nights at this hotel.
The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are very pleasant.
There was a small problem with a spring in room 414, but it was quickly resolved. The housekeeping staff is excellent.
The food is very good.
Special mention to the lady who was in charge of breakfast on Saturday, May 2nd. She had incredible energy serving the guests, covering miles during service to replenish the food: well done!
The only downside was the lack of cloth napkins on the tables. While this isn't a big deal, the half-sized white paper napkins are more like something you'd find at a mobile chip shop—no, not in a Mercure hotel.

Pleasant stay.
The rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable.

Booking with dinner, breakfast, and a relaxation area. Very good value for money.
The restaurant and breakfast were of good quality.
A special mention to the restaurant staff, who were welcoming and smiling, especially Noredine. That's rare!
The rating would have been 5, but the hotel is in need of maintenance, both inside and out. It's a shame because the hotel has a lot of character.

Alexis's service was excellent!
A simple and effective brasserie menu.
The dishes were very good, especially the butcher's cut, which was cooked to perfection.
The dining room has a remarkable high ceiling and early 20th-century style decor.

A truly relaxing and beneficial experience: a massage, a delicious evening meal, and a restful night in a very comfortable bed. Just one small drawback: the pool temperature; a few degrees warmer would have made the stay perfect. The welcome was excellent, and the waiter had us in stitches.

Our stay as a couple was pleasant.
The rooms are small, but we weren't there to stay in our rooms. The bed was relatively small and the duvet too warm, but that's just a personal preference.
The highlight, and this is the main point, was the quality of the welcome and the staff at the bar and restaurant. The breakfasts were very comprehensive.
If management invested in a few renovations, the hotel would be a real step up!

A hotel dating back to the 1900s with superb rooms (restaurant) but somewhat dated staircases.
The spa treatments are excellent, the hotel is quiet, the bedding is spotless, as is the overall cleanliness. The sauna and pool are really nice.
The staff is fantastic, especially the head waiter in the restaurant. A wonderful stay.
