We enjoyed the bar and would like to highlight the professionalism of the waiter who was there that evening. We didn't dare ask his name, but he was the only bald man: impeccable service, very attentive and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, dinner was excellent, and breakfast was pleasant. The spa area is a real plus for the hotel. The only slight drawback was the gym, which seemed rather lacking in equipment. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent staff.

Very good. However, they charge €100 to your card upon arrival and only refund you 2 or 3 days later, which isn't right. Why not just take a credit card authorization?

Whether at check-in, during our stay, or at check-out, the staff at the Mercure Tours Sud were exceptionally pleasant, efficient, and friendly (reception, restaurant, rooms). A huge thank you to the entire team! Although no one could tell me where the chandeliers shaped like golden bowls were purchased :) It was wonderful to be able to relax in the evening or morning in the heated pool, jacuzzi, hammam, and/or sauna.

The hotel is very well located for a concert at the Espace Malraux. It's a shame the room was too small for a wheelchair accessible room, as it was difficult to move around in an electric wheelchair.

03/09/2024: Checkout with a very unpleasant cashier and what's more he passed my purchases by pushing without giving me time to empty my cart and even less time to put away what damaged some of my products. Really very unpleasant for me. I hope I don't have to deal with him anymore. What a pleasure it is to have a smile and to be able to share a few words. Sorry for this unpleasant review because since I have been shopping with you I have always had pleasant cashiers. If this gentleman doesn't like his job, he should change it.

Restaurant La Liodiere

15/02/2026: The restaurant is spacious and the tables are spaced far enough apart that you won't be bothered by other customers. The service was outstanding, both attentive and friendly. We all enjoyed the original, beautifully presented, and delicious dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.
13/02/2026: Once again, we greatly appreciate this establishment, for its setting and the rustic decor of its large downstairs room; for the quality of service provided by the owner, efficient, quick, and unpretentious, yet always with a smile and genuine warmth. The other staff are also very efficient and courteous. The tables are set with real linen; the glasses, cutlery, and plates are simple, modern, yet timeless. The food is delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts, including the main courses; everything is subtle, refined, and balanced, like the pork belly with baby vegetables we enjoyed that day, or the apple Tatin decorated with pecans. The wine list features a wide selection of local producers for the reds, or, for example, the sweet white wine "Poule aux œufs d'or" (Golden Hen), which brings a taste of southern French sunshine to the palate with its blend of Petit and Grand Manseng grapes. As you can see, we love this restaurant and will return with great pleasure.
