And the ingredients—you can tell from the first bite that they're top-notch! In short, a discovery I regret not making much sooner. PS: The prices may seem high, but the quality is excellent, and the portions are generous. I can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved this place!! While passing through Bagnères-de-Bigorre, we stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, and the concept is genuinely charming and interesting. Amidst the sea of ​​rave reviews, mine is bound to stand out and draw some ire! The welcome: everyone finds it extraordinary. Personally, at 73, I don't appreciate being addressed so familiarly and called "my dear," or "my old man" at a push 😀, just as my wife didn't appreciate being called "my love." The decor: lovely, and the restrooms are amazing. The meal: original, certainly, but a bit pricey, especially since the service is practically nonexistent. You have to go to the counter to order and then bring everything back, sorting it into bins like at McDonald's. In short, we won't be going back.
