Mian Guan sur Paris

Great choice on the menu, top flavors for not too much money. I would happily go back. Various soups, noodles cut with a knife or by hand, spicy or not, shrimp ravioli or steamed appetizers, an excellent restaurant.

Best stir-fried noodles in Paris!

It stings but it’s so good (but it stings).

Good homemade noodles, generous portions, very low price, but not very transcendent in terms of taste. At the same time we get away with it in the end for 12-13€ :-)

Served very quickly and generously, the dishes were quite good but with a little aftertaste which came out from time to time and revealed products of any quality, an aftertaste which was also partly masked by the chilli pepper. It remains good value for money but disappointed me a little after other visits during which I found no fault. After this review dating from 2019, return to 2024 and the great soups have once again become (or perhaps a quick step beforehand) really great and incredible value for money. It's no coincidence, the hype about hot food isn't enough in the long run.

The best noodles in Paris so far!!!! I quote, the hand-pulled “noodles dipped in spicy beef sauce”, delicious! The team is very warm. I discovered the place over a year ago and I have never found an equivalent restaurant in Paris.

I liked the tasty, hot, steaming vegetable soup and the fresh pasta. The crispy fried chicken was delicious. The noodles were also well seasoned.
