All the dishes we ordered were excellent, especially the noodles 🍜 I hadn't had such good ones in ages, and at such a reasonable price!
The tables are close together, and you might end up sitting next to strangers.
Special mention for the clean restrooms, lol.
There's a wait, and the restaurant is always packed; I understand why now, and it's well-deserved!

A must-try in Belleville. Inexpensive, generous portions, and delicious. What more could you ask for? Special mention for the homemade noodles, hand-pulled right in front of you. We love going there with friends!

Best noodles to eat.
The place is not the best aesthetically but, once you eat the food you understand why there is always a queue outside to be seated!
Keep in mind, you have to love spicy food!

It is a nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I love grilled noodles with marinarum schwannflesh with soy sauce, it's really delicious!
People can make reservations, but Wharton can't (Fagchen Sehr is done).
The service is not only fast but also unorganized. This is Tigtaschen's top priority.

Excellent spot in Belleville. It's inexpensive, €9 for a bowl of pork-infused dipped noodle soup! And what's more, it's delicious. The noodles are handmade, pulled by hand. The broth is wonderful, and the portion is very generous. Plus, the service is warm and friendly—what more could you ask for? One of the best places in Belleville.

A great restaurant recommended by a friend. I had the stir-fried noodles with marinated pork in soy sauce and they were excellent!
You can go without a reservation, but there's often a wait before you can get in (it's frequently packed).
The place is quite noisy, the service is quick but a bit disorganized – our main courses arrived before the dumplings.

Great restaurant that I've been going to for over 10 years, unfortunately the ultimate guide and its army of hipsters have been here, expect a minimum wait of 25 to 35 minutes to get a table, the restaurant itself is still as good as it was 10 years ago.
