Superb evening shared with friends this weekend. Of the 3 gargouillous that I have had the privilege of tasting in my life, the one on Saturday evening was simply sublime. Bravo to Sebastien Bras who knew how to breathe a breath of fresh air into his dad's cooking.
The welcome and service are at the height of the table. Congratulations to the whole team.

Unique experience. We chose the vegetable menu. Magnificent setting, tasty, colorful, local and sublime cuisine. Visit the kitchens before being installed. Very discreet and friendly presence of the staff in the room. To better answer one of our questions, a second, more detailed visit to the kitchens was offered to us. The simplicity desired by Michel bras is present at each stage. We will come back !

This is by far, the best culinary experience you can find in France, probably Europe.
- the right balance of tastes on every dish is enchanting
- the number of varied, creative, unique ingredients and tastes is incredible
- everything is fresh, natural and beautiful
- well it's simply super good 😊
One thing to improve in my personal opinion:
- I mentioned that the variety was great but there was some repetition along the dishes: especially the overuse of "houttuynia cordata" also called chameleon plant, on many dishes and this is very strong in taste, I would have wanted to see it used in only one dish and have other aromatic pants in other dishes.
And a side note on why I didn't say that this is the best restaurant in the world: it's because Japan has many chefs and restaurants who rival this, and I would say goes even further is depth of experience than Maison Bras. I luckily live in Japan.

We spend a magical evening in an equally magical place. The welcome, the warm and simple service, all these little details that are so important, wow, world class!
The meal more than surprised us and we traveled all evening following the plates.

En 2023 nous avons pris le menu Aubrac, que nous avons trouver excellent.
Ce juillet nous avons pris le menu Légumes. Même si les ingrédients (feuilles etc) étaient très variés et bons en goût, les plats se ressemblaient beaucoup avec une prédominance de feuilles et des feuilles et des feuilles …
Nous mangeons végétarien souvent et savons qu’il est possible de faire des menus très variés, très goûteux avec des textures variées aussi. Nous attendions quelques choses d’exceptionnel. mais le repas était franchement décevant.

Des plats incroyables de maitrise.
Un sommelier qui accompagne et connait sa carte er ses vignerons ce qui devient rare.
Les tarifs sont très raisonnables sur des grands vignobles tellement appréciable.
Service au rendez vous, un beau voyage.
