We enjoyed a delicious IPA here. Unfortunately, the hot food didn't start until 7:30 PM. Maybe another time.

Very warm welcome...the place is very cozy and you feel completely at ease very quickly... Very friendly welcome from the waitress and the pizza maker...very good pizza...and very reasonable prices...

Excellent, well-run restaurant with a warm and friendly welcome. Located just opposite the town hall, this establishment is well worth a visit. The food and wine by the carafe are excellent, and the prices are very reasonable: two aligot sausage dishes, a green salad, two magnificent desserts, and two 25cl carafes of wine for €62.50, all served in a beautiful dining room full of character and authenticity. A wonderful discovery during our visit to Laguiole.

02/05/2026: A fantastic restaurant. The kitchen tour and explanations about the dishes are a real bonus. The view is magnificent.
02/05/2026: Excellence and authenticity without any frills! An exceptional culinary experience with impeccable service. A truly magical moment overlooking the Aubrac plateau. Everything was perfect. The icing on the cake was the short tour of the kitchens before lunch and the chance to meet Sébastien Bras himself—a true honor!
