What's on the plate is impeccable but I won't go back. As soon as you are seated, the waiter asks you for your order, as soon as the plate is finished, he asks you what dessert you would like, in short, between the tables which follow one another without any privacy (there are really 2 cm between each table!) and the hubbub (obviously, you participate in the conversations at the tables next to you) + the service that gives you an express dinner, it's not a nice experience to dine here.

We arrived late (10 p.m.) for dinner in this small, typical Italian neighborhood bistro for 2, and were unfortunately not warmly received: there were several tables left, including a corner table with 4 seats and 3 small tables for 2, the least well placed (in the passage, between 2 groups of 4 and stuck to the cash register at the end of the table next to a duo) where we were immediately refused the right table, which remained unoccupied all evening. This was understandable, but the condescending tone used at the beginning and end of the meal when it was pointed out by one of the servers was unacceptable for new customers. The food was good, however, and the other servers were friendly.

Disappointing, especially when we knew him “before”. Menu not very original, pasta arrived undercooked then too much, bathed in juice. Fortunately, not charged. Very nice but overwhelmed staff. There is better rue du Cherche Midi.
