Excellent hôtel : idéalement situé en centre ville parking. Très bonne literie, très bien équipé (sèche cheveux, miroir pour maquillage, mini frigo, coffre fort, tele, personnel agréable et bien veillant. Petit déjeuner copieux, produits frais . Restaurant décoration en adéquation avec le style de l'immeuble très élégant, cuisine fine et excellente. Hôtel familial où le client n'est pas qu'un numéro de chambre. Je recommande vivement cet établissement

25/11/2024: The only Star in our beautiful city of Vichy and we are not going to make the Michelin Guides. It's very good cuisine and an unmissable address. No one would like it, even if the visit to the kitchens is planned for the Chef to be a little less "in his kitchen" and perhaps a little more available... if only for 2 minutes. In any case, we know this in other houses. However, this in no way takes away from its Auvergne prowess in making the best of local products.
