A place worth discovering: centrally located in the city, charmingly old-fashioned from the late 19th century, and above all, outstanding service from absolutely delightful staff who are attentive, caring, and passionate about their work. In short, the "grumps" of the hotel and/or restaurant industry should take a refresher course here.

I've been twice and it's perfect. The decor is elegant and old-fashioned, the restaurant menu reflects the same spirit, blending tradition and expertise, and finally, the staff is dedicated and professional. This hotel alone is a good reason to spend some time in Vichy!

As a sales representative, I'm often away on business and staying in hotels. I can assure you that the Midland Hotel is a fantastic establishment, both for its stunning setting (incredible architecture) and its staff: the manager and his brother in the kitchen make a wonderful team, with customer satisfaction at the heart of their work. And what can I say about the meals and breakfast? I've never seen anything like it in terms of presentation and selection: incredible. Congratulations to them!
