I've been waiting 15 minutes for my mint diabolo, is it possible to be served?

As promised, here's a quick note. A huge thank you to Camille, the waitress, a real gem: a warm welcome and such helpful advice. All the staff are smiling, which is really lovely (they clearly have a secret, or maybe the coffee machine is magic). In short, a great atmosphere, you feel right at home. As for the food, it's decent, it does the job without any fuss. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We had lunch on the terrace and enjoyed the meal from start to finish. The Caesar salad and pizza were very generous and delicious, as always. The service was pleasant and professional.

The restaurant is very well located in Place Plumereau, and it's quite easy to get a table. Food-wise: the pizzas are good but not exceptional, the fish dishes are good but a little pricey. However, the service is where we were disappointed! The main course was served hot and immediately, which was great, but the other three pizzas waited a good 10 minutes, ready to be sent out, even though numerous servers walked past them multiple times! So we ended up eating our pizzas cold.

The platters were okay, the waiter wasn't very pleasant, even rather aggressive in the way he spoke to us; perhaps he was just having an off day. It's still a good restaurant to eat in a pinch if you're hungry and don't know where to go.

The dish I ordered was delicious. The service was impeccable, and the waiter was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I come back to Tours.

I want to commend the professionalism of the servers: We arrived at lunchtime with a friend and a double stroller for my twins. Two lovely, funny young women went out of their way to ensure we were seated under the trees. They helped us unload the stroller and brought two high chairs. Another equally lovely server took excellent care of our table, ensuring we had a pleasant experience. He made sure the little ones were served promptly, just like the "big ones." The food was very good, and the portions were generous. Thank you again to this fantastic young team! I've never seen such a warm welcome for children in any other restaurant.

Perfect! The cooking was exactly as expected, and the service was courteous. We ate very well and will definitely return if the opportunity arises. Congratulations to the staff.

Restaurant very well located on Place Plumereau. Friendly and professional staff. The dishes are generous and very good. It just needs some background music to be perfect.
