There are places whose existence we don't suspect and which deserve to be discovered. The Minami is a treasure of Annecy. The Japanese cuisine there is exquisite and delicate, for us, never before seen. The service is discreet and pleasant, the menu invites you to taste perfectly fresh dishes and the chef's cuisine... It is rare to make a video of your plate, but it is the only way to convey admiration for the lightness of this cuisine which can be seen and experienced... It's a shame that Google limits us to 5 stars because the quality-price-experience ratio of this place deserves much more.

It's so good!
The restaurant is small so everyone adapts naturally, so there is no hubbub. The people who run the restaurant are top notch, discreet, polite, kind.
In short, with my eyes closed, I will return there when I am in Annecy

The place is friendly with a very pleasant welcome and service, the premises are small and the lighting needs a bit of a canteen...the dishes are very good and rather plentiful,
In review I will say that I didn't like the desserts and that I was expecting a little magic in the flavors

Excellent moment passé dans ce restaurant japonais. Notre choix s’est porté sur la boîte qui fut une très bonne idée : dégustation de plusieurs plats délicieux !!!
