Mini Festin sur Paris

Arriving late on a Friday night, the restaurant's facade wasn't particularly inviting, but the reviews swayed us. The waitress was welcoming and seated us immediately (we were the only table, four people at 9:30 pm). The menu offered a good selection, and everything was homemade. The spring rolls were made fresh to order; four large spring rolls cost €6, if I remember correctly. The service was quick, and the portions were very generous! We took the rest of our meal in a doggy bag, and even reheated, the beef was incredibly tender. Personally, if you don't mind being alone in the restaurant, go for it! They also do takeout.

At first glance, the restaurant looks rather questionable. It's located somewhat off the beaten path behind a hotel and doesn't look very appealing from the outside (nor is the inside particularly inviting). Moreover, it was almost completely empty. However, the service was very friendly and the staff spoke English, which isn't always the case in Parisian restaurants. The food was really delicious and the portion sizes were good. I would definitely come back. Just be a little careful with the prices. The €10 for a plate of caramelized pork, for example, only covers the meat. If you want rice with egg on the side, that costs an extra €7. Nevertheless, the overall price is reasonable and the quality is good.

The reception staff are very kind and helpful. Being on a diet, I'm a bit picky about the food, but they always manage to satisfy my requests.

We stayed at Generator Paris for 5 days last December, luckily we found this restaurant, our cravings to rice was satisfied,we ate here not just once, not twice but all through out our stays 🤣 . The food was great. Price is also affordable. If youre near the are try this restaurant. Highly recommended.
