We had two experiences at Mira Flores. The first time, we enjoyed the original and innovative Machu Picchu menu, which we loved. The second time, we tried the Cuzco menu. The starter delighted us, but the main course left us wanting more, and the dessert was far too strong. The setting and atmosphere are very pleasant, though; the ambiance is cozy and conducive to a good time.
However, we were surprised by the rather unpleasant service on both occasions. The response when we mentioned using a gift certificate was unwelcoming, and the bill took a particularly long time to arrive at the end of the meal. A shame.

We loved the atmosphere. Very clean and calm (we were even surprised it wasn't full). They were very flexible, as we had to postpone our reservation at the last minute. The starter and main course were simply superb. We were a little disappointed with the dessert, which we found underwhelming, even though it was original. Given the price, we would have expected an extra course, like a pre-dessert. Don't hesitate to try it.

A truly wonderful discovery and a magnificent culinary journey where Peruvian cuisine intertwines with French gastronomy. The dishes are perfectly balanced and harmonious. I was able to discover new flavors and new horizons without even leaving my chair.
The "Cuzco" menu was more than enough to leave us satisfied and delighted.

Fasten your seatbelts, immediate boarding for Lima, with a touch of turbulence. Coconut granita, aloe vera, coca leaf, and other flavors await us in this culinary initiation.
We are transported, and the gamble has partially paid off. The very pleasant and attentive service accompanies us on this journey.
Original and novel flavors and delightful discoveries.
However, we regret a lack of acidity throughout the meal and occasional texture issues. The dessert was a disappointment, with an overpowering jelly and a chocolatey Easter-style treat, falling short of what one expects from a 1-star restaurant, unfortunately.
A slightly steep bill (like the dessert), but we might return for the originality and to further develop our palates with these new flavors, and perhaps if the menu changes!

Beautiful dishes and pleasant flavors – the dessert was a bit kitschy and disappointing for a Michelin-starred restaurant.
We enjoyed it, but expected better.
Special mention for the non-alcoholic, egg-free cocktail: excellent.

A wonderful discovery from start to finish: sophisticated, expertly prepared, and delicious dishes, beautifully presented, giving the impression of discovering Peru through the food. A delight for both the palate and the eyes, with meticulous presentation and magnificent colors on the plate: a special mention for the "El Mar Peruano" dessert... The service was on par with the cuisine. Thank you and congratulations to Adriana, Martin, and Jean-Claude who were there that day!

The team was very friendly, and we had a pleasant evening, but honestly, the food itself, in my opinion, didn't live up to the standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant or the €160 price tag. Everything was well-executed, and I commend the effort to use a lot of Peruvian products, but I really expected them to bring something special, a truly distinctive character. I expected bold flavors, depth, and personality. Ultimately, everything was well-executed but rather tame and somewhat bland… this is just my opinion, but nothing was truly remarkable.
Also, there are elements that sound prestigious on paper (truffle or caviar), but they are barely perceptible, if at all, and they don't add any particular twist to the dishes.
The ceviche was very interesting, as were the brioche bread and the quinoa preparation. However, I found everything else, and especially the dessert, quite disappointing. Once again, everything is perfectly executed, the cooking is impeccable, the textures are good and interesting, but it clearly lacked flavor for me.
I don't doubt that it's a wonderful restaurant, but perhaps I just happened to get a tasting menu that wasn't their best, which can absolutely happen.
It's true that when you dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant, the expectations are higher, and you expect to leave impressed by at least one dish, or even just a sauce, a flavor combination… and that wasn't the case for me.
