We came to eat here after the hiker's lounge because it's a restaurant calling itself "Californian". Well, whether it was on the menu or on the plate, none of that brought me back to the US. It's not bad but nothing exceptional especially in terms of quantity and quality. The service is expeditious, while remaining polite. But the biggest problem remains the fact that we were seated next to a mountain of dirty glasses and cups (even though there was space elsewhere), with a view of another mountain of dirty glasses at the bar. And let's not even talk about the floor... Hoping the kitchen was cleaner than the bathroom...

The Fajitas are good but if you don't want to overstuff them the 5 pancakes provided with the large pans are not enough and you will have to pay extra (2€). Personally my disappointment is especially for the gourmet coffee (see photo) which for €9 includes a mini crème brûlée, a mini pistachio cream and a mini brownie which doesn't break 3 legs of a duck... So overall good but nothing more.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant where I had lunch on 9/3/2024. Good food, good wine, smiling and attentive waitresses and waiters, good atmosphere. I was gently “reproached” for not having finished my glass of (Chilean) wine. I apologized but as I had a busy day afterwards I had to drink in moderation! In short, I recommend the Suelta.

24/10/2023: Superb discovery, walking around the area looking for a restaurant. Very warm welcome, dishes to share, 4 of us shared 6 dishes on the advice of the manager and it was more than enough, but it was so good that out of greed we ordered 2 more. To eat: lentil fritters, crispy chicken, burrata, sardines, fried fish..., the sauces that accompany these dishes are excellent. 100% recommend
08/10/2023: What a nice surprise ! We spent the evening with friends and we were not disappointed. A small menu, good, well-crafted products, it was delicious! Ditto for the service, the servers were adorable. We will come back :)
