Everything was perfect from start to finish. Kudos to the restaurant team who really did a fantastic job. We felt comfortable there, and the food was excellent. We're already thinking about going back. Well done and keep up the good work!

21/03/2026: A TASTE JOURNEY BETWEEN MONTBRISON AND BELGIUM!! What a wonderful discovery! If you're looking for exceptionally high-quality mussels, look no further: LA MOULE EN FOLIE is "The Place To Be". Everything was absolutely perfect: On the plate: The mussels were succulent, plump, and perfectly prepared. And what can I say about the fries... authentic Belgian-style fries, cooked in beef fat. Absolutely divine! You can taste the passion for the product. The atmosphere: A fantastic welcome that immediately puts a smile on your face. A huge congratulations to the owners: Monsieur works wonders in the kitchen (a true chef!), while Madame provides impeccable service with boundless energy. Special mention also goes to the waitress who was lovely and attentive throughout the meal. You feel good, you eat (very) well, and you leave with only one desire: to come back!
