15/05/2026: A wonderful lunchtime experience yesterday with my daughter. Beyond the impeccable quality of the ingredients, the service was simply exemplary: professional, attentive, and incredibly generous. A huge thank you to Kaïs, the chef. His cuisine is authentic, focused on the purity of the ingredients he is so passionate about. But more than his culinary talent, it was his personal touch that truly resonated with us: he makes a point of leaving his kitchen whenever possible to spend time with his guests. In just a few exchanges, you no longer feel like a mere customer, but truly a guest in a special encounter. My daughter and I will be back as soon as we can.
