Excellent cuisine, fast, pleasant staff!

Small, casual and unpretentious Izakaya. Different rather tempting dishes on the menu but a disappointing result (bonito too strong, hamachi lacking finesse). The attentive and friendly service makes up for a lot. The choice of sake is a plus.

Perfect. Fresh products, clear tastes, beautiful textures, combinations, cooking. charming staff eager to share their culture, their country, the art of these eaux de vie associated with the dishes. I will of course come back to it. Very good value for money. For 56 euros, I was offered a base of orange sweet potato brandy and: I had 2 shoshu brandy cocktails, sweet potato/miso leaf/chili pepper, then rice with yuzu peel a lightly vinegared braised mackerel perfectly combined with a radish granita and white onion strips 4 excellent, fresh, tasty tapas, yuzu squid/wasaki/sweet potato, octopus, etc. a miso a cold tamago (not the usual hard candied in slightly sweet bicarbonate) a cake dessert topped with yuzu jelly with some raspberry blueberries and azaki compote Nice exchange, place, discovery. Thanks to all the staff. Beautiful sensitivity in cooking transmitted with tenderness on the plate. This is cooking. Emotion, sharing. Flavor associations that activate the reward system.

Very nice discovery in the pleasant rue Tiquetonne. Excellent Donburi, friendly service and reasonable prices for the lunch menu. I will come back without hesitation, especially for the small sunny terrace!
