Fabulous chicken with jollof rice, and sweet plantains. Absolutely lovely young man who let us try some of the rice, answered all our questions and served us with a genuine and warm smile. 5* food and service!

A great initiative, I received an SMS inviting me to come get a plate... So I did (don't have to invite me twice). Only when I got there (about half an hour towards the end of the free service), I had the impression I was being served food by prison staff (thanks for taking me back there). The service was forced. Far from welcoming. The staff were already talking about stopping the free service as though the clients were annoying. They had already packed up some food boxes, so when I was served, I had no idea what I was about to eat. Not a name for the dish, not an explanation, not even cutlery or napkin was offered (they were on another table, and I could've been told this)... Other than that, the food was actually decent. It actually drove me to be more generous with my note, and I really wanted to give them the whole 5 stars, but I'm sorry, hospitality is an art they were lacking... Or was it genuine patience? I don't know... I'll see if it was a one off next time I pass through.

Always a pleasure to eat osè’s Mafe. The salsa is very good and chicken is tender. Service is fast and bonus, I really recommend the coco cheesecake
