We will miss this superb restaurant, which didn't find the clientele it deserved in Vesoul. The cuisine was of the highest quality, the dishes perfectly executed, the flavors abundant, the service professional and attentive, and the setting magnificent and relaxing. It was always a real pleasure to visit this beautiful restaurant. We'll miss table 8 😉 We wish you all the best for the future.

15/04/2026: A very good restaurant in the heart of Vesoul's old town, with a lovely atmosphere and unique, very welcoming decor. We opted for the largest set menu; the price was quite reasonable, and it was incredibly filling—so much so that we skipped the cheese course, even though we're big fans of it, being from the Franche-Comté region! I sincerely recommend it; moreover, the lunch prices are more than reasonable.

Chez Jane - Restaurant le Theatre

14/04/2026: We booked this restaurant for a birthday meal with a pre-selected menu. The reservation process went very smoothly, with truly pleasant and efficient service. On the day itself, the service was a little slow, and the waitstaff weren't yet fully familiar with the menu. But this is a minor detail—everyone has to learn, and it didn't spoil our experience. The meal, however, was excellent from start to finish: a very successful starter, a delicious main course, and a particularly enjoyable dessert, with a small birthday treat that's always appreciated. A restaurant that takes great care of its guests, which we wholeheartedly recommend!
05/04/2026: For a first visit, we were not disappointed! Warm welcome, very fast service, pleasant staff and exquisite Easter menu! I highly recommend it.
