09/04/2026: Fantastic. Not exactly cheap, but since you get chilled water included, it's not too expensive. But most importantly: the delicious lunch menu. Simply wow. Special recipes, select ingredients – you don't just make that at home, certainly not on a whim. And the best part: it was vegetarian! Unfortunately, there aren't always good options. This place nailed it. I'll definitely be back.

14/04/2026: We booked this restaurant for a birthday meal with a pre-selected menu. The reservation process went very smoothly, with truly pleasant and efficient service.
On the day itself, the service was a little slow, and the waitstaff weren't yet fully familiar with the menu. But this is a minor detail—everyone has to learn, and it didn't spoil our experience.
The meal, however, was excellent from start to finish: a very successful starter, a delicious main course, and a particularly enjoyable dessert, with a small birthday treat that's always appreciated.
A restaurant that takes great care of its guests, which we wholeheartedly recommend!

15/04/2026: A very good restaurant in the heart of Vesoul's old town, with a lovely atmosphere and unique, very welcoming decor.
We opted for the largest set menu; the price was quite reasonable, and it was incredibly filling—so much so that we skipped the cheese course, even though we're big fans of it, being from the Franche-Comté region!
I sincerely recommend it; moreover, the lunch prices are more than reasonable.

05/03/2026: What a delightful discovery this PMU bistro-restaurant is! While the decor is undeniably rustic, a relic of another era, the generous cuisine, also inherited from this mystical past, is a true delight. The sweetbreads were delicious. A fine selection of offal dishes is also available, including kidneys, calf's head, black pudding, and ribeye steak for a classic touch. The homemade fries are exceptional, and the dessert menu is superb, featuring profiteroles, vacherin, chocolate mousse, and more. Thank you, gentlemen of the management! Be aware that there will soon be a change of ownership. Hurry!

I love going there regularly and highly recommend it, especially in the summer when there are concerts on the terrace.

24/04/2026: I'm writing this review because my partner and I waited 40 minutes for tea. The waitress kept giving us dirty looks and just handed us the menus. I want to make it clear that when you're working, you're working. You don't try to flirt with other customers; you serve them.

The welcome is warm, the service is quick and attentive, and above all, the pizzas are delicious... the kids loved them! You can really taste the passion in every dish. The setting is pleasant, perfect for both a family meal and an evening with friends. I highly recommend it; it's undoubtedly the best pizzeria I've tried in Vesoul! 👌

18/04/2026: Firstly, placing height restrictions on the cars McDonald's allows to get their food is discrimination number one. Secondly, preventing non-French nationalities from taking advantage of any coupons and promotions by completely and utterly blocking access to both the website and the app for phones from outside France is utterly discriminatory. It seems to me that we already had someone in the last century who discriminated against nationalities, just as McDonald's France is doing now. And to top it all off, apparently out of anger, they served me a drink so hot that I spilled it all over my clothes trying to drink it. Also omitted is the fact that although the fries included sauce, there was unfortunately none in the bag. This is too much. If you're sick of my money, I'll spend it elsewhere.
17/04/2026: I've only been once and I'm not about to go back. Unprofessional, appalling service, furniture is more important than people!!! Borderline aggressive and threatening, with absolutely no manners or understanding from some of the staff!!!
