We honestly can’t recommend this restaurant enough! From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and very professional. The food was outstanding, worth every penny.

After a morning sightseeing in delightful Caen, we were hunting down the perfect lunch. Ideal a covered terrace outdoors. Everyone else had the same idea. We thought this place looked perfect but they had no free tables. But after 25 mins of finding nothing that appealed so much, we wound our way back .., and yay! They now had the perfect table. They greeted us warmly, recognising us from earlier. Faultless charming service, delicious 42euro menu, (we could have had less expensive but both fancied the menu options) and delicious chilled Normandy cider. Great place to watch the world go by in a delightful square. Just really nice team of people looking after us too. Recommend for a lovely lunch stop off. And it’s midway between key sights too!
