Every time I go to this restaurant, it's always packed. That speaks volumes. The food is good, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the public area is clean. I can't comment on the staff quarters. Everything visible is welcoming and clean. I recommend this restaurant.

I did the math comparing sushi from Auchan to Mont Fuji, which offers a buffet with other dishes, including options for children. Lunch at Mont Fuji is definitely cheaper! Thanks, it was a lovely time.

We were here for the first time and expected more from the selection of dishes. Unlike many Asian restaurants of this type, there's no wok-style cooking of your chosen ingredients with various sauces. The shrimp 🦐 were overcooked, and the vegetable salads were so over-sweetened that they didn't even need dessert! Apparently, that's why the dessert selection is quite limited. Overall, this is a restaurant for the discerning customer, with a low price tag but no real satisfaction.

Not outstanding
We went there one evening after work.
The sushi is good, but I found the rice a little crunchy...
There's a wide selection, not always Japanese!
I didn't really get carried away with the cuisine at this restaurant.
Going to Japan next year, I'm sure I'll savor dishes that will be completely different, even in terms of flavor...
