Monte Carlo sur Paris

I came here a long time ago and it's the same, very good value for money with a wide choice.

We were very scared to come to this restaurant because of the bad reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of our experience. When we first arrived there were some very strict rules on: bread, seating arrangements and second portions. The bread wasn’t included in our package and was extra. We were given clear instructions by one of the workers that we had to go upstairs and not return to the buffet. In addition, when we were sent up stairs we entered into a vast space of complete and utter darkness and the worker seemed extremely confused when we asked for the lights to be turned on. We all had the beef due to the horrifying reviews online about the undercooked chicken. However, the beef was delicious and enriched with flavour and the chips complimented the dish nicely. There were some strict food rules such as you could either have a salad and a main OR a dessert and a main. The salads were plain but decent however, the greek yoghurt dessert was not pleasing to the tongue and tasted like it had been fermented for about 7 months. However the toppings were delicious and if mixed well enough into the greek yoghurt, tasted pretty nice. In conclusion, we were extremely scared to enter this restaurant due to the reviews however, they do not paint an accurate picture of our experience at the Monte Carlo Restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this to whoever got the end of reading this review.

I have been going to Monte Carlo since 2018 with groups or families, good welcome, good food, lots of choice, good atmosphere, far from the metro. 🇷🇪

My little canteen for lunch. Pleasant and clean setting, friendly and kind staff. Perfect value for money, especially at such an address (Avenue Wagram, a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe). I am a pretty demanding person and I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. Small dishes just like at home: simple, slow-cooked, traditional, hearty... . We ask for more. Plus, if I’m in a bit of a hurry, I’ll get takeout. I like this restaurant!!! Well done to the team!

Spacious, very well-kept establishment shared partly self-service and partly table service. The dishes are copious, perfectly cooked and the prices are very reasonable. The table service is friendly.

I visit often this place for lunch, they propose a large variety of meals that suits all tastes.

For me, I've been going there for a long time and it's very good and good for the price, nothing to say today I took cod puree, carrot, a plate of 3 cheeses, a drink and a roll for €16, really great.

We regularly reserve the Monte Carlo for our group meals. Quality of traditional dishes, self-service mode allowing you to choose your menu individually, perfect location just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe and very attractive prices. I recommend !!!

Very good restaurant at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe. Very varied buffet and friendly staff. Very affordable price for the neighborhood. I recommend !
