The renowned tagliatelle with langoustine truly fulfilled expectations; it is indeed deserving of the acclaim it has received—an exquisitely creamy and delectable dish.

It is with some sadness that I write this review. A regular customer of Mori, I came here to celebrate my graduation. It was also my first good restaurant with my partner. In short, Mori is a place that means a lot to me. But during my last two visits (November 2024 and May 2025), I was disappointed: the discovery menu didn't live up to the price, the meat was gristly, and the rest, while good, didn't transport us as we usually do. In May, we chose to return to the classics with the Vongole... but again, a slight disappointment: the quantities are reduced... and the price seems to have increased... it was no longer in line with the meal. Following Mori on social media, I also see the AI-driven and impersonal shift that the restaurant's communication has recently taken. The images and text are generated by AI... why boast about receiving delicious porcini mushrooms if you're only going to show an AI-generated image... aren't these porcini mushrooms beautiful enough for a photo? Rising prices, declining quality, declining quantity, cold and inappropriate communication for a restaurant like Mori... so many factors that make us less likely to return.
