A small family meal on Sunday, and it was excellent! 👌👍 We thoroughly enjoyed it. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, the flavors were all there, with excellent seasoning—in short, a real mastery of the craft. The theme for Sunday was fish, and we had a guest who doesn't eat it: a huge thank you for offering us an alternative, which was very much appreciated! Let's talk about the wine selection: the "Grain de Sable" was very effective, with lovely freshness. It's crisp but not overpowering—mmm, this Riesling is truly excellent! From the same estate, "Les Bulles" also had a lovely freshness, softer and with a delightful effervescence—it was excellent! In short, vibrant wines that perfectly complemented this beautiful, seasonal cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients: bravo!
