Les tartines plutôt sympas mais servi un peu trop tiedes Par contre l'on m'a servi un st Honoré qui n'en avait que le nom 3choux bourré De chantilly Sur une semelle sèche immangeable Alors que j'avais bien demandé si cela était une crème cibouste ou pâtissière Pour avoir osez réclamer je me suis fait remettre en place par la chef vendeuse en pâtisserie

I asked for a Saint Honoré and I was served a cake made up of an inedible base, a sort of hard and dry puff pastry topped with 3 cabbages stuffed with whipped cream, whereas a St Honoré is a cake filled with cibouste cream, see pastry cream it's not at all the same pastry when I made the remark I got rebuffed as a bonus I'm sorry to call it a choux a la chantilly but not a st honore.

We regularly order cakes for family events. Never disappointed on the contrary. Last order today to celebrate Easter with our children and grandchildren. Nest-shaped cakes with eggs and characters. Everyone liked it.
