We had a great time in this conceptual restaurant focused on plants. It's very generous, full of different little dishes to discover. The servers are friendly and well organized and the chef is warm. THANKS.

The Alotz mill, a gourmet stopover.
A place full of serenity and tranquility in a bucolic setting.
Bold, creative cuisine, a real palette of flavors with a lovely presentation. A farandole of dishes, each more surprising than the last, without a false note. The culinary walk was exceptional.
Nice food and wine pairing.
The service is perfectly paced and pleasant.
Congratulations chef Fabrice Idiart for taking over this institution, thank you for coming to exchange a few words with us and a big thank you to your team.

You had to try it. As a fan of starred restaurants, we had not tried the Alotz mill. Clean countryside atmosphere, we are well received. Pleasant service.
For dinner we chose the 4 course service. Amuse bouches which we found quite disappointing because we looked for flavors without finding them.
The dishes are served on mini dessert plate-sized plates or very beautiful mismatched pottery with 3 or 4 presentations. We had difficulty finding the flavors, for example the presentation of the chestnut…
The seaside service was the most interesting for us because there was one of the “mini dishes” with a little sole. On the other hand, big disappointment with the service supposed to be on the meat with 2 balls the size of a walnut of very floury sweetbreads.
The dessert didn't convince us either.
In the end I don't recommend it, I think it's a question of taste. But browsing many starred restaurants we didn't find what we needed. The chef is very friendly as are the staff with numerous visits to the dining room and a signed menu at the exit.

A very nice discovery! A pleasant fireplace at the entrance before accessing the pretty glass room. Everything is designed to be different but endearing! the dishes, the decoration of the table, the friendly welcome from the chef and his team who enhance each appetizer, each dish...it's a treat for the taste buds. In short, an excellent address!

Wow….Amazed! So much creativity in the kitchen but also the choice of dishes...a four-course menu but the generosity and taste for sharing explode in each dish. I can't wait to try the experience during the day to enjoy the green setting.

Superb cuisine, a passionate chef and very pleasant servers. We had a 6-course menu, it was excellent, worthy of a Michelin star, we had a great time. The cuisine is surprising and that's what we were looking for. The 6-course meal was very generous, be careful not to eat too much before...
