⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the most wonderful culinary experiences we've ever had. Le Moulin d’Alotz is much more than a restaurant: it's a true gastronomic experience where each dish tells a story. The common thread throughout the menu is vegetables, elevated with remarkable creativity. Each vegetable is prepared in three or four different ways with each course, offering an absolutely fascinating interplay of textures, temperatures, and flavors. We rediscovered ingredients we thought we knew. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise, and daring. Everything is perfectly balanced, and each dish holds its own surprises. Special mention goes to the sommelier for her advice on the Irouleguy wine, which paired perfectly with the entire meal. The setting is magnificent, warm, and soothing. The service is impeccable: attentive, passionate, and always ready to share explanations about the dishes.
