Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with a large group. The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff. A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star. The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive, but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless. We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine, which was absolutely perfect. The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced. Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening. It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future, even without any special occasions. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and perfectly spacious. The location is ideal for excursions and day trips. Great shopping, cafes, and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. A big thank you to the whole team; we will definitely be back.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel at the end of June 2025. Unfortunately, I became seriously ill at short notice and had to leave early. The hotel staff were kind enough to provide me with painkillers, which I desperately needed. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this.

The dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. You can taste the passion in the cooking. A truly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We dined in this superb setting as a group of friends. For the first time, we were delighted. Impeccable service, excellent food paired with wines. A very good address in Northern Alsace, this family-run restaurant (four generations) lives up to its reputation. Reservations are essential. For once, no photos, but go for a truly special occasion; a unique and exquisite experience.
