Always very good bread, sandwiches, pralines…!
Only 3 stars because of the hygiene issues!!!
There were three people at the till serving without gloves, using tongs or napkins, and grabbing your purchases with their bare hands!

They have the advantage of being open continuously every day from 6:15 am to 8 pm. So you can always count on them if you need anything.
The staff is friendly.
Good value for money.
Easy parking.

While on holiday in the area, we stopped to get a traditional baguette, which was very good, and a kind of almond puff pastry for €2. It was tasty, but a bit pricey for what it was.
There seems to be a good selection and some very good things, no doubt 😁

We stopped at the Moulin de Paiou in Riom, I recommend the praline brioche, the sandwiches, the bread, everything was excellent, keep up the good work.

The best brioches in the Puy-de-Dôme region. A special shout-out to the head baker for the quality of his bread and, of course, his delicious brioches. The staff is always friendly, and I always receive a warm welcome. As for the savory options, I don't order them often, but I've never been disappointed. Thank you.

Excellent bakery! I had a praline brioche, which was delicious, even succulent, and a country-style wreath. The bread was excellent and very tasty. The desserts were good and beautifully presented.
In my opinion, it's the best bakery in the area. I highly recommend it; you can go there without hesitation.
