21/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel and booked three rooms. Upon arrival, we were given a Classic room that was extremely small. As a couple, it was barely functional — there was almost no space to move, and the only storage was a very tiny safe. I literally didn’t know where to put our belongings. We politely requested a larger room and they eventually upgraded us, which was appreciated.
However, what really surprised and disappointed us was the deposit policy. They took a deposit for the three rooms and told us it was for any spa services or restaurant orders. At check-out, they did not return the deposit immediately. Instead, the receptionist had to go and personally inspect all three rooms before releasing it.
The rooms had absolutely nothing valuable — no mini-bar, no valuables, not even bathrobes worth worrying about.
It felt as though the hotel treats its guests as potential thieves, which created a very uncomfortable and distrustful atmosphere.
If you are a couple, I strongly advise against booking the regular Classic rooms as they are too small and impractical.
Regarding the deposit process, it needs serious improvement.
The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast has a nice French touch with some distinctive items, though the variety was quite limited. The waitresses in the restaurant were very friendly, understanding, and attentive, which was a highlight.

13/05/2026: A very nice hotel, perfectly located in the pedestrian zone of Aix. The rooms are high quality and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend it.
