They make excellent sourdough bread, which keeps much longer than the dreadful traditional white baguette you find elsewhere. Their pastries are also delicious, and the service is always very pleasant and friendly.

Based in Marseille, whenever we go to Aix to see our clients, we always stop at Pains de César. Their salads, sandwiches, and breads are delicious. The entire PNM team highly recommends this bakery – it's always a pleasure to stop by!
