We had a wonderful evening at Moulin de Rosmadec! A truly delightful discovery and, above all, an absolutely fabulous dinner. We opted for the wine pairing and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Each dish was magnificent, with great finesse and flavor, and the wines were perfectly matched. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was truly delicious. It's easy to see why they have a Michelin star: the cuisine is refined, inventive, and expertly executed, without ever sacrificing the pleasure of eating. A truly wonderful experience in a lovely setting, with impeccable service. We loved it and will definitely be back!

We returned to Le Moulin de Rosmadec for dinner a few years after our first visit, and it's every bit as wonderful as we remembered. The cuisine is as good as ever: refined, full of flavour, and carefully executed. Every plate that arrived looked like a small work of art. The service was perfect from start to finish: attentive, warm and perfectly timed, without ever feeling stiff. We chose the tasting menu, and it was worth the trip on its own, with each course building on the last and taking us on a real journey. A Michelin star that is thoroughly deserved. We'll be back!

The chef's depth in sauces, his refined techniques that enhance the essence of the ingredients without masking them, and his unwavering commitment to the bounty of the land are truly admirable. Nestled by the river, amidst history and art, this is a truly special culinary haven that those seeking to experience Brittany's terroir at its highest and most authentic level should definitely visit.

One of the best restaurants in Brittany. Always an incredible experience, with each new course on the menu. Each dish is a visual and gustatory marvel, enhanced by the sumptuous setting on the banks of the Aven River. I had the best dessert I've ever had there (hot chocolate emulsion, three-chocolate tuile, vanilla, caramel, and caramelized peanuts—simply perfect). Thank you ❤️
