I haven't been able to remember eating at such a good crêperie in ages! Whether it was the savory or wheat galettes, everything was delicious, and all in a great setting.

Delicious kraz galettes, just the way we like them, and a sweet, lightly sparkling cider that's not too sugary: I highly recommend them.

We came for lunch on the recommendation of friends. We loved it. Not being from the area, we weren't familiar with Breton galettes, and it was a delightful surprise right from the start. We've tried them in quite a few places, but this is the best. It's the five-star of crêperies! Absolutely amazing, as my daughter would say. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the service was top-notch. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We especially loved the lemon tart crêpe. Delicious!

A very good crêperie where the food is delicious. However, the ordering system could be improved. They offer a QR code to view the menu, but the network signal is poor in the restaurant, making it difficult to access. Furthermore, the digital menu is rather inconvenient: you have to click on each dish (and there are many) to see its ingredients. A paper menu would be much simpler. Moreover, the service is very fast, perhaps a little too fast: the main course arrives almost as soon as we order our aperitifs. Finally, there were three of us women, and the waiter, clearly used to reciting his script, repeated "ladies and gentlemen" twice without even looking up or paying attention to the other people at the table.

A warm, relaxed, and friendly welcome awaited us upon arrival. The staff took the time to show us around the establishment, which we hadn't yet visited—proving that even the best places can wait a little longer to be discovered! We also appreciated the choice of tables, between the ground floor and the upper floor. As for the food, the galettes and crêpes are excellent, with a very wide selection. The flavor combinations are spot-on and well-balanced. The service is both professional and relaxed, making the experience even more enjoyable. A wonderful time for two, which we highly recommend.

We've known Saint Georges for a long time but hadn't been back since our time living abroad in Canada. We were very disappointed, especially since we had booked for the second seating on a Saturday night. The service was rushed, far too quick. Seated in the summer loggia, we were freezing cold, even though there were tables available nearby and on the first floor. The QR code system for choosing the menus is not what you'd expect from a supposedly upscale crêperie. We were all glued to our smartphones, busy reading everything to make our choices, and that's only when the Wi-Fi allowed! We noticed a decline in quality, with less refinement and that little something extra that makes our taste buds sing. We had a gingerbread galette with pan-seared foie gras and a leek fondue galette with scallops. On the other hand, the carrot and curry sorbet was original and delicious. For a crêperie of this caliber, we expect better. It's a shame, we won't be recommending it anymore. Furthermore, the decor hasn't really changed in five years or more... except for the imposing chandelier in the entrance, which did make quite an impression. I was surprised not to see it listed in yesterday's Ouest France ranking, "The Best Crêperies in Rennes." Rennes is an attractive city and should maintain its high standards in terms of gastronomy as well. Don't disappoint us.

Excellent crêperie with a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere! Wide selection with crêpes that are out of the ordinary. Generous portions and very good. The service was also very good. Truly an excellent place in Rennes.
