Having visited all the St. Georges restaurants in mainland France, I feel I can make this comment.
INCREDIBLE!
Between the quality of the galettes and crêpes, the amazing service, the smiles, the good humor, the expertise, and the professionalism.
And I'm not just talking about Leroy, who was absolutely fantastic. This applies to the entire team.
In short, I've never been disappointed by a good St. Georges.

Beautiful setting, very original recipes, and impeccable service! I visited this crêperie over 10 years ago and had wonderful memories of it. I wanted to introduce this little gem to my partner. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The sorbets and savory ice creams with the galettes are marvelous! We live a bit too far to come regularly, so we're really keen to try all the galettes! Good selection of ciders, and the house cocktail is well-balanced. The galette batter is crispy, just the way we like it, and the filling is generous. Don't change a thing, it's perfect!

Excellent crêperie. The place is lovely, and the servers are great.
Be prepared to pay more than at a "regular" crêperie, but it's worth it because it's truly delicious!
(Special mention for the butter and sugar crêpe: absolutely delicious, I've rarely had one so good.)
