Musée Café Chasal Lento sur Mont-De-Lans

Really great little restaurant! The Nantua quenelle was incredible! The goat's cheese rillettes with the oyster mushroom salad were delicious too. I recommend it 100% and the staff are great.

Very traditional Lyonnaise bouchon food - expect lots of cream, butter and not so much greens, but seriously satisfying. Rather heavy dishes so come hungry. Highlights include the quenelle and the potato gratin serve as garniture. Chocolate mousse is good as well. Service is swift and pleasant. The restaurant is very cozy, which can feel a little cramped in a summer night.

I'll have to come back to try the other dishes!

Second visit to Lyon, second time at Le Musée, and just as delicious as the first time. The food, the friendly service, the atmosphere, the conversation with the other diners—a real treat, perfect!

A great discovery of Lyon's traditional restaurants (bouchons)!

A place that has retained its authentic charm. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a traditional Lyonnais bistro.

It was the quintessential Lyonnaise cullinary journey for us. We tried the rognans, the pork sholder, the pike quenelles and the androullets and paired them with Beaujolais. The rognans were particularly good. The atmosphere was very friendly and accomodating. Really enjoyed the experience!
