Nice Lidl but couldn't find any canned mixed vegetables, only 2 tubs of ice cream to choose from (vanilla and chocolate)

I wanted to express my satisfaction with the entire Lidl in La Grande Motte, and particularly with the staff; the young people are incredibly kind and offer to help and assist us with the self-checkout. Thank you and well done to them! ❣️ The management team is also very attentive when needed, which is much appreciated! An octogenarian who is finding it a little difficult to get used to this new system but will soon adapt... to avoid queuing at the checkout sometimes. Well done on the Lidl Plus app!!

Handy to the marina, well stocked fresh fruit and vegetables, distinguishing which were french grown. Well stocked meats and wine, beer, dairy & daily baked bread. We used the manual check out and had helpful service from staff when I got stuck or alarm sounded. Nice shopping experience.

I wanted to share my very positive experience at the Lidl in La Grande-Motte, where I went during my vacation. Before going, I took the time to read some online reviews, and I must say that the reality is nothing like the negative ones I saw. On the contrary, I found a very pleasant, clean, and well-organized store, which definitely deserves to be highlighted. Upon arrival, I appreciated the large parking lot: spacious, easy to access, and very convenient, especially during the summer season when the resort is busy. Inside, the store is bright, tidy, and the shelves are well-stocked, which isn't always the case in a tourist area. The staff is truly welcoming and friendly: smiles, helpfulness, and efficiency are all present. The self-checkouts are very convenient for avoiding waiting, and there's always an employee nearby to help if needed. Special mention goes to the snack section, which is very well thought out when you're on vacation at the beach! Sandwiches, salads, cold drinks, fruit—everything you need for a quick snack or a packed picnic is there. Finally, the location is ideal: just steps from the beach, making shopping easy and enjoyable. It's a real plus for vacationers. In short, a very nice Lidl, well-maintained, modern, and pleasant, which deserves far more recognition than some reviews suggest. An excellent experience that I highly recommend!

Very large store with a wide selection, true to the brand. However, it's in a very touristy area: expect quite a wait at the checkout.
